Living by the Clock Is Making You Sick — Let’s Change That

We live in a world ruled by time. Clocks, calendars, appointments, deadlines... Everything revolves around “time.” But what if I told you that time — as we know it — is an illusion?

The time we cling to today — the Gregorian calendar — is a construct. A system designed not to honor life, but to control it.

The break from natural time

Ancient cultures lived in harmony with nature. They followed the moon, the seasons, the rhythms of light and dark. They knew everything is cyclical. Including us.

They followed the 13-moon calendar: 13 months of 28 days each. Perfectly aligned with the moon, the feminine cycle, the orbit of the Earth, and the greater cosmic flow. 13 x 28 = 364. Plus 1 Day Out of Time. Pure. Rhythmic. Complete.

But 13 was demonized. Erased. Why? Because 13 represents the Divine Feminine. Intuition. Feeling. Rest. Balance. Flow. Way too powerful to be left in play.

So without realizing it, we were disconnected from nature. And so... from ourselves.

We are cyclical

We are not machines. We are rhythmic beings.

Men move with the sun — a 24-hour testosterone cycle.

Women move with the moon — a 28-day hormonal cycle.

No body is meant to perform the same way every day. But that's what the system demands.

We get exhausted and confused and we ask: what's wrong with me?

Nothing. You're not broken. You're simply disconnected from your nature.

And that disconnection makes us unhappy. Stressed. Burnt out. Anxious. Lonely.

The way back home... is to honor your natural rhythm.

The power of galactic time

By living with the 13-moon calendar, you return to natural time. To rhythm. To flow. Each day has its own energy — a galactic signature — based on 260 unique combinations of tones and seals.

By tuning into this, you align with:

The rhythm of the cosmos

The timing of your body

The movement of your soul

And that brings clarity. Calm. Alignment.

So… does time even exist?

Not the way we’ve been told. Time is not a straight line. Time is a spiral. A rhythm. A dance.

We can let go of the clock without losing rhythm. Because rhythm is life. Rhythm is nature. Rhythm is our body. Our heart. Our breath. Our voice. Our seasons.

Your rhythm is unique

Just as nature moves in cycles, so do we — but each of us has our own natural rhythm.

For example: people with ADHD often have a delayed internal biorhythm. They may feel slow or foggy in the morning, and don’t hit their natural peak until late afternoon or evening. These individuals tend to thrive when allowed to start later in the day, rather than forcing an early-bird lifestyle.

There are also “morning people” and “night owls.” Neither is wrong. They are simply different expressions of the body’s internal clock — shaped by genetics, biology, and energy.

Finding and honoring your own rhythm is essential. It’s not about fitting into a system — it’s about remembering how you were designed to move through life. When you live by your rhythm, everything starts to flow.

When you live in rhythm with your own nature, you come back to yourself. You feel connected, grounded, and free.
